Reservation confirmation includes a deposit of 30 to 40 % of the total cost of your stay as a reservation guarantee.

In case more guests arrive than was registered upon reservation, we reserve the right to deny accommodation to the excess number of guests, or accept all guests with an additional payment.
Staying shorter than 4 days costs 30% more.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You can enter the apartment after 2 pm on a day of arrival set earlier unless agreed otherwise.
Departure must be by 10 am on an agreed day of departure set earlier, unless arranged otherwise.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
The same rules apply for all cancellation reasons.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, your payment is entirely refundable.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival we reserve right to keep the entire advance payment.
